Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VALIQRA. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with information you are entitled to submit.

Research and decisions

VALIQRA supports business research and decision-making. Outputs may be incomplete or become outdated and are not legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and verification before acting.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate rights or law.

Availability and changes

During the Founding Pilot, features may change and availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit. VALIQRA and its software, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VALIQRA is not liable for indirect losses or business decisions made solely from an output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
