VALIQRA processes only the data needed to provide accounts, workspaces, research, monitoring and support. Research input may contain business information you provide. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Data we process

Account and workspace details, research input and results, service security logs, and—only after consent—limited website usage data through Google Analytics 4.

Why we process it

To deliver and secure the service, save requested work, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the product where you have consented to analytics.

Sharing and transfers

We use service providers only where needed to operate VALIQRA. Google Analytics is disabled until you opt in. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, account operation, security and legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to obligations that require limited retention.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
